501 Jersey Avenue

TERCO performed the complete site package at 501 Jersey Avenue. This included mass earthwork, stormwater sewer utilities, water utilities, sanitary sewer utilities, asphalt pavement, as well as a retaining wall design-build. TERCO was faced with many material delays due to COVID-19 and was able to get creative to keep the schedule of the project moving forward.

• Underground Detention System utilizing 60" Reinforced Concrete Pipe
• Utilizing over 20,000 Tons of on-site recycled concrete aggregate 
• 203,400 SF Building Pad preparation
• Over 120,000 Square Feet of Asphalt Paving
