909 focus center

TERCO did the complete site package at the 909 Focus Center. This included complete excavation for 60,000 SF of building pad. We installed installed sanitary, water, stormwater utilities and excavated for the electrical utilities. We installed all of the exterior landscaping and hardscaping including curbs and sidewalks. The final scope of the project performed was asphalt paving.
