TERCO was tasked at working at the research and development headquarters for BMW North America. TERCO performed site demolition of existing structures and infrastructure. After demolition was complete, we excavated for foundations, electrical upgrades to the site and installed EV chargers. The parking lot and site walkways were then completed to give the building a fresh, new look.
