Canoe Brook Country Club

TERCO performed multiple phases of work to deliver Canoe Brook a state of the art bag storage building. The existing building was no longer in place, leaving just the foundation and the surrounding areas. Our scope began by demolishing the existing building slab and utilities. TERCO graded the site and installed new stormwater, water, and sanitary utilities to the new building. We then performed site concrete, hardscaping and asphalt pavement to give this project a fresh new look.
