TERCO performed the ​complete sitework package at Garden State Lumber. This included the installation of a new septic system, water main utilities, and exterior concrete. We performed mass cuts and fills and installed retaining walls to get the site ready for a new 300,000 SF warehouse. After the warehouse was up, TERCO paved the parking areas.
