TERCO did a complete renovation of the Volkswagen facilities. This was a tricky project as the business remained open during construction. We excavated for building expansion foundations and interior footings. We performed steel erection to help the building go up. Once the shell was in place, TERCO performed a complete fit-out including flooring, ceiling, drywall, electrical, plumbing. TERCO then gave then installed site lighting and gave the parking lot a fresh new coat.
