Lincoln Park Care center

TERCO did the complete site package at the Lincoln Park Care Center. This included complete excavation of 70,000 SF  for the building pad. We installed installed sanitary, water, stormwater utilities and excavated for the electrical utilities. We installed all of the exterior landscaping and hardscaping including curbs and sidewalks. The final scope of the project performed was asphalt paving.
