Link Industrial Development
TERCO performed the complete site package at the Link Industrial Development. This project was broken into two phases. The first phase was comprised of demolishing the existing site asphalt and trees to begin importing over 200,000 tons of material as a ground improvement surcharge. After the surcharge settled over eight months, TERCO began phase two and started mass cuts and fills to begin building the site. The next steps in the project were to install all of the necessary stormwater sewer utilities, water utilities, sanitary sewer utilities, asphalt pavement, as well as a retaining wall design-build.
