TERCO did an interior fit-out for Porta in Jersey City. We performed excavation ​for the elevator pit which was located right on top of the PATH train, so extreme caution was needed. This portion of the work was only achievable using an underpinning system which was executed and completed. TERCO also performed sanitary and water main utility infrastructure to the building. Interior and exterior site concrete was performed as a part of our scope. We reframed the interior shell and installed a roof top addition for added useable space.
