Roche Molecular parking lot expansion
TERCO provided Roche Molecular Systems Inc. with a new overflow parking lot for their expanding building. The project began by removing over 20,000 cubic yards of material off of the proposed parking lot area. We than began mass cuts and fills earthwork to get the site to grade. TERCO installed stormwater utilities including two underground detention systems and two above ground retention ponds. Adjacent to the above ground retention ponds, we installed two retaining walls, and a third retaining wall was installed across the street from the new parking lot to help with the new grade changes. We also installed a water main extension that lead to the new parking lot for future use. TERCO paved over 180,000 square feet, installed curbing and sidewalks, and all site lighting to complete the project.
