water street holding - retail

TERCO complete the complete sitework package for the Water Street Holding project. The project began by stripping and exporting excess topsoil. Rough grading and stormwater infrastructure were the next phases of this project. We then brought in sanitary and water utilities from New Jersey State Route 206. Once utilities were complete, we fine graded two building pads for the retail buildings to begin erection. TERCO wrapped up the retail portion of this project up by installing curbs, sidewalks, pavers, asphalt paving, and installed screened topsoil for the lawn areas.
