TERCO performed the complete sitework package for the residential portion of the Water Street Holding apartment complex. We began by stripping topsoil and exporting the excess. Stormwater, water, and sanitary utilities were installed and mass fills were then completed. TERCO installed curbing, sidewalks, and asphalt pavement.
