Brian P. Hendricks, President and Chief Executive Officer
A dynamic and creative leader, Brian personifies the entrepreneurial spirit that is a hallmark of Terco Enterprises. Through his participation in every role within the company - from plan clerk, to estimator, to superintendent, to project manager, to operations vice president and onward - Brian has developed proven expertise constructing high visibility projects that require specialized skills, sensitivity to unique program requirements, and knowledge in all aspects of the construction process. He is a “hands on” principal who prides himself on being readily accessible to each and every project. As CEO, Brian has spearheaded innovation within the organization to both better serve our clients and provide an enhanced workplace for Terco employees. He plays a key leadership role in setting the strategic direction of our national organization and has helped to guide the firm through a challenging period marked by steady growth. One of Brian’s passions is developing future leaders at Terco Enterprises. He has championed the implementation of leadership development and training programs at all levels within the organization. In his youth, working the summer months for his father’s construction company, Brian was indoctrinated early to the mental and physical effort required to be successful in the business. Brian has over 35 years of experience within the industry and is a master in Site Work. Brian resides in Sparta, New Jersey with his wife and two kids. |

Scott Teabo, Head Estimator
Scott joined the Terco team in September 2024. He has worked in the heavy civil construction industry for the last 10+ years as an estimator focusing primarily on commercial civil/site work as well as concrete projects. Scott's natural passion for estimating & detail oriented approach have proved beneficial throughout his tenure as an estimator. When Scott is not busy with all facets of construction estimating he enjoys spending time with his family, including his wife of 15 years & 2 boys. Scott enjoys all things sports; from watching to playing &/or coaching his sons. He also enjoys the outdoors as well as playing traditional pub & outdoor yard games. |

Domenic Imbarrato - Estimator
Dom joined Terco as an Estimator in August 2025, bringing 10+ years of construction experience. His expertise spans developing accurate cost estimates, managing project risks, and coordinating effectively with project teams. Known for his practical problem-solving and collaborative approach, Dom takes pride in simplifying complex challenges, delivering quality results, and building lasting client relationships. Outside of work, Dom enjoys time with his wife, daughter, and their two dogs. The family loves skiing, golfing, and hitting the beach whenever they can. Dom welcomed his daughter February 2025 and has been having lots of fun being a first time parent. |

Sandy Meyers - Executive Accounting and Payroll Manager
Sandy is an experienced accounting executive with over 25 years’ experience in the construction field. Over her career, she has managed construction contracts, sub-contractor agreements, change orders and AIA payment processing. One of Sandy's many strengths include facilitating effective communication between management and contractors. Her duties at TERCO include administering payroll, employee benefits, accounts payable and account receivables. When Sandy is not at work, she can be found in the garden or at the softball field! |

Ashley Moreschi, Project Manager
Ashley is originally from South Africa and living in the United States. Ashley graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Pretoria. During his years he has worked on a multidisciplinary section in consultancy and construction including highway roads, schools, buildings, and water treatment plants. During weekends, Ashley enjoys traveling and exploring other states in America and watching as many sports as possible, especially soccer. |

Anthony Roessner, Project Manager
Anthony is an experienced professional in the earthwork construction industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management from East Carolina University. Anthony has managed a variety of projects in residential, industrial, and commercial spaces, always ensuring high-quality results. Outside of work, Anthony is a big sports fan and enjoys spending time with his wife, Olivia, and their golden retriever, Yankee. |

Bruce Chase, Supervisor
Bruce has over 30 years of experience in commercial construction and trucking. He began his career as a laborer learning every aspect of the job, which gives him insight into what needs to be done at every level of the job. As supervisor, he has the work ethic to still be hands on with every project being meticulous to make sure each aspect of the job is correctly executed. Bruce is married, has 2 children and lives in Fredon, NJ. |

James Bizarro, Logistics Manager
James brings a diverse background to the table. He started driving trucks and trailers in 1979. James also has been heavily involved in redi-mix concrete, with 34 years in the industry. James started driving mixers, running equipment, plant maintenance, batch management, dispatching, and eventually worked his way up to operations manager. He was in charge of 5 plants managing 75 employees and 55 trucks. He then worked his way up to plant general manager. After his time in redi-mix concrete he owned his own trucking company from 2004-2018. Jimmy is happily married for over 40 years with three children and two grandchildren. He enjoys motorcycles and spending his free time boating on the lake, camping and hanging out with his grandchildren by the pool. |

Dawn Corring, Office Administrator
Dawn's passion for the Construction, O&G, and Transportation Industries shows with her 20 plus years of experience in these fields. Proficient in bookkeeping, accounting, organization, and customer service, Dawn is always ready for the next challenge. Her love of hiking and the outdoors is where you'll find her during her free time. It always seems impossible, until it is done. -Nelson Mandela |

Christopher Kelly, Foreman
Chris originally joined the TERCO team in 2010 fresh out of high school where he studied computer aided drafting and design. He worked part time while earning his bachelors degree in Criminal Justice from Montclair State University. In 2015, Chris became a New Jersey State Corrections Officer, putting his construction career on pause. Two short years later, Chris was back at TERCO full time and never looked back! In his free time, you’ll find Chris hunting, fishing, and spending time with his wife and two beautiful kids. |

Joseph Cerciello - Foreman
Joseph brings over 20 years of experience in environmental construction, with a strong background in commercial, residential, and civil projects. He began his career as a laborer at an environmental construction company and quickly advanced to the role of construction supervisor. Throughout his career, Joe has worked on a wide range of projects, including residential remediation, earthworks, and structural support across New Jersey and New York. His extensive hands-on experience has given him a deep understanding of regional safety standards and construction regulations. Joe is known for his high standards, strong leadership, and exceptional motivation. He manages projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Joe’s ability to effectively collaborate with laborers, developers, design professionals, code officials, and subcontractors is a key asset to successful project execution. His excellent communication skills and commitment to navigating daily challenges make him a valuable member of our construction team. Outside of work, Joe enjoys spending quality time with his wife of 18 years and their two daughters (and his 3 dogs). He also loves fishing from his kayak at the lake community where he resides in Rockaway. |

Christopher Krak - Foreman
Christopher Krak has been an integral part of TERCO Enterprises, LLC for the past three years, bringing hands-on expertise and strong leadership to every project. As a foreman, Christopher is dedicated to ensuring that each job meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Outside of work, Christopher is passionate about all things automotive and enjoys riding motorcycles, exploring cars, fishing, and immersing himself in PC gaming. His attention to detail and problem-solving skills extend beyond the jobsite, making him a valued member of the TERCO team. |
